This policy describes the local version of CC 便签. This version has no CC 便签 account, live cloud synchronization, subscription, or in-app purchase. The Mini Program runs within WeChat and does not require an additional CC 便签 account. Availability on each platform depends on its actual release channel.
Notes processed on your device
Note titles, Markdown text, folder names and relationships, and creation and modification times are stored on the current device for editing, search, folder management, trash and restoration, and file import. The app also stores local editing drafts and records used for consistency and recovery. When a version decision exists, it retains relevant original copies, your choice, and the time recorded. The Mini Program stores locally verifiable copies. Search runs on the device.
The current normal application flow does not automatically send notes to the CC 便签 operator or a synchronization server. It does not integrate advertising, advertising identifiers, a behavioral analytics service, or an automatic note upload to the operator. Processing performed by the platform or operating system is governed by its own settings and disclosures.
The local database and standard Markdown ZIP files contain readable data. We do not claim application-level encryption or end-to-end encryption for this version. Protect your device and backups, and avoid storing readable ZIP files where others can access them.
Importing files
When you choose a file to import, CC 便签 reads the selected Markdown, text, or CC 便签 ZIP backup and creates local note copies. Import does not automatically upload the file or scan all your private files.
Operating system and WeChat backups
Local storage does not mean device data can never enter any cloud service. Operating system backups and WeChat backup, migration, and cleanup mechanisms may handle application data, depending on the platform and your settings. CC 便签 does not currently enforce a universal exclusion of its library from system backups. You can review and manage the backup settings provided by your system or WeChat.
These mechanisms are not a CC 便签 multi-device synchronization service and do not guarantee that every local item has a recoverable copy.
External content in Markdown
Markdown preview does not automatically download external images, and addresses in the note text are preserved. Only after you tap an HTTP/HTTPS website link in the app does it ask the system to open a browser or an associated application. The Mini Program provides a copy-address action. When you open an address in a browser or another application, that application and website handle the resulting requests. Opening a preview does not automatically open a website.
Contacting support
If you contact 1579286505@qq.com, the operator receives the contact details, problem description, and attachments that you choose to send, to answer your question and handle your request. Prefer sending your app version, operating system, reproduction steps, and redacted screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery keys, or your entire private note backup.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request, reasonably follow up, and meet applicable legal obligations, not for advertising or tracking. You may use the same address to request access to, correction or deletion of that correspondence, or no further contact, except where retention is legally required. Using the app does not require emailing support.
The support mailbox uses QQ Mail. Correspondence is also handled by the sender's email provider. Processing, storage and transmission are subject to the relevant services' privacy and security practices; locations depend on their actual service arrangements.
Retention, trash, and deletion
Local notes remain in the current library. Moving a note to trash changes its state; it remains recoverable. Confirming a replacement version or saving a copy does not automatically clear preserved original recovery records. There is no individual-note permanent deletion or automatic 30-day cleanup promise.
In a version containing local-library clearing, choose “Clear local library” in app Settings, or the clearing action under More in the Mini Program. Save current input and copy important text outside the app before reviewing the scope and explicitly confirming. The app clears all notes, folders, trash, drafts, retained local versions and decision records, and the search index in the current library. It creates a new local library identity and removes the original library’s synchronization association. The Mini Program removes only the two saved items owned by CC 便签 and updates the current run’s library caches; language preferences and other storage items remain. Clearing cannot be undone in the app and does not send deletion instructions to a cloud service or another device. An unconfirmed result is not reported as complete. A pending Mini Program clearing checkpoint stops reads and writes; continuing requires fresh confirmation.
This is logical removal of local application data, not a promise of secure erasure from disks, flash storage, or system snapshots. Uninstallation, system cleanup, or device damage may also remove local content, but cannot guarantee that every existing copy disappears. Exported ZIPs, including retained local forwarding files, recipients’ copies, system or third-party backups, and other devices’ libraries must be managed and deleted separately in their respective locations.
There is no CC 便签 account or operator-hosted cloud note library in this version, so there is no CC 便签 account to close. The operator cannot recover local content that you have not supplied and have not backed up elsewhere. You may use the privacy contact above to request access, correction, or deletion of support data received by the operator; requests are handled according to the actual data involved and applicable requirements.
Policy updates
Before introducing synchronization, accounts, payment, or new data handling, we will update the relevant disclosures and application flows. Planned features are not available features.
